Pineapple Salsa

Too stressed to work, so I've been engaged in frantic blog surfing all day, and I just came across the New Kid's recipe for pineapple salsa, one of my favorite treats, and now I know how to make it.

I posted a salsa recipe a long time ago, but the New Kid's recipe sounds even better.

Isn't "too stressed to work" the most irritating frame of mind ever?

And pineapple salsa is really, really good.

Yes, it *is* the most irritating state of mind by far. Think I'm going for a long, brain-clearing walk.

And I *love* pineapple salsa. If I get done voting early enough, maybe I'll make it for the election-watching "party" (support group?) I'll be attending tomorrow night.
